In phytotherapy, hawthorn is used to control blood pressure, palpitations and blood flow to the brain. It provides more wind and less fatigue, it improves the contraction of the cardiac muscle and has antiarrhythmic and hypotensor effects.
It is also known to calm down apprehensions, signs of anxiety and, above all, stress-related palpitations. Mild sedative, it is recommended for insomnia, irritability and anxiety from cardiac stress (stress ulcers). According to some clinical studies, it improves endurance capacity and resistance to effort in people suffering from heart failure.
Cayenne increases the cardiovascular efficiency and reduces blood pressure. It improves the peripheral blood flow, feeds the blood vessels and supplies a better oxygen flow to all cells in the body.
It is a powerful catalyst to other plants' effects in this formula.

Take 1 capsule twice a day.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications, with food.
