How to cope with inventory shortages

  1. Order early. Don't wait to finish a product if you want to keep taking it.
  2. Order two or three units of a product if you plan to take it for a long time. It may not be available the next time you need it.

Information

Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC) is found throughout the central nervous system (CNS) metabolism, and offers a source of acetyl groups for the synthesis of acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter. Thereby, it functions in supporting healthy brain function.

Each capsule contains

Medicinal ingredients: - Acetyl-L-Carnitine hydrochloride 500 mg

Other ingredients: Capsule shell (gelatin and water). This product is gluten and dairy free.

Suggested Use

One (1) capsule one (1) to three (3) times each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Cautions

  • Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver or kidney disease or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet.

  • Do not use if you have primary systemic L-carnitine deficiency or secondary L-carnitine deficiency (inborn errors of metabolism) for which supplementation is prescribed/monitored by a health care practitioner. Feelings of sleeplessness or overstimulation may occur; discontinue use if feeling persists or worsen. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (transient nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, and diarrhoea) have been reported.

  • Low incidences of seizures have been reported with oral doses in individuals with or without pre-existing seizure disorders.

  • Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. - KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool, dry area.
