The numerous inventory shortages caused by the pandemic have become a frustrating reality for both merchants and consumers. Unfortunately, it looks like they will be a part of our daily lives for a while. Here are some tips that we hope will help you get through the turmoil:
Order early. Don't wait to finish a product if you want to keep taking it.
Order two or three units of a product if you plan to take it for a long time. It may not be available the next time you need it.
Ask your health care professional to suggest one or two alternatives for each product he/she recommends you take.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an auto-immune disorder, have any type of acute infection or are taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners, digoxin, or beta-blockers such as taliniol. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
For adult use only. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are diabetic. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you have high blood pressure.
Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, heartburn, skin allergy, constipation or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
