Suggested Use
Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 scoop (34.8 g) once per day. Mix well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice) immediately before consumption. Take with food/meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
