Add 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Traditions Almonds to all smoothie and superfood recipes. Use as is or grind the almonds into a powder. Add to yogurt, oatmeal, salads and desserts. Use for all baked goods. Create delicious, creamy nut milks, butters and non-dairy ice creams. Make homemade almond milk by combining 3 tablespoons of almonds (ideally soaked for 8 hours and peeled) per cup of water in a blender at high speed until smooth. Strain through a cheese cloth or drink as is for a thicker consistency. Add a pinch of Organic Traditions Vanilla powder and a touch of natural sweetener such as Organic Traditions Yacon Syrup or Organic Traditions Coconut Palm Sugar.
