MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Each bag contains: Green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis) 960 mg (21.1 mg caffeine, 146.5 mg total catechins), eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 350 mg, mate leaves (Ilex paraguariensis) 200 mg (2.7 mg caffeine), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) 140 mg (8.0 mg caffeine, 47.6 mg total catechins). Total caffeine by bag: 31.8 mg. NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Each bag contains: Natural strawberry and guava flavours.
Suggested Use
Recommended dose: ADULTS: Use one bag per cup water, 3 times a day. Pour the boiling water and allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one month.
