Each tablet contains :
Medicinal ingredients: - Folic acid (folate) 1 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Calcium phosphate, micro- crystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Suggested Use
Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects when taken before and during early pregnancy. It also helps to produce red blood cells and promotes the maintenance of good health by reducing the risk of certain cancers, heart attack and crisis.
Cautions
Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12.
