Cooking Instructions: Our quinoa is pre-washed up to the highest standards, but it is recommended as with any other grain, to rinse the quinoa under running water and drain prior to cooking. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1 cup of quinoa to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 14-16 minutes or until all water has been absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Makes about 4 cups.
