Wild Rose Milk Thistle Plus formula combines guaranteed potency milk thistle (GP 80% Silymarin) with other proven liver-supportive herbs. This herbal preparation detoxifies the liver and strengthens overall liver function.
Milk Thistle is a powerful hepato-protectant and antioxidant. It simulates the liver and strengthens overall liver function. It aids in bile flow, decreases cholesterol buildup in the gallbladder and helps to dissolve calculi (stone) buildup. Milk thistle is an excellent liver tonic and is useful in the treatment of numerous liver conditions, including hepatitis and cirrhosis. It has also been shown to help in the regeneration of damaged liver cells. Black radish root lowers blood bilirubin levels through its cleansing action on the liver. It is one of the best herbs available for dealing with gallbladder congestion. Dandelion is another excellent liver herb, helping to detoxify and strengthen liver function. It also has immuno-modulating properties. Ginger is very beneficial for enhancing the peripheral circulation as well as supporting hepatic (liver) circulation. Along with its soothing effect upon the entire digestive system, Ginger is antimicrobial and helps to re-establish normal ecological balance of the intestinal flora. Directions:
One or two capsules, two to four times daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you have heart disease, kidney-related disorder, high or low blood pressure, liver or gall bladder disorder or bowel obstruction, diabetes or edema or are taking products containing diuretics; or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, do not use. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
