Suggested Use
On average, between 1 and 3 softgels are taken per day for a period of 2 months. It is recommended to take at least two courses a year. After the age of 60, it is advisable to take 1 borage softgel daily for the rest of your life. For women between puberty and the menopause, 2 softgels should be taken per day at the beginning of the menstrual cycle for approximately 1 week.
