Bach Flowers are a safe and natural method of healing. They gently restore the balance between body and mind by chasing away negative emotions such as fear, hatred, worry, and indecision which interfere with the balance of the being as a whole. Bach Flowers promote peace and happiness and allow the body to free itself and heal from the state of “victim”.
Dosage
Bach Flowers can be taken either in a 30ml/1oz bottle filled with spring water into which 4 drops of the essence are inserted (4 times a day) until relief is obtained - or two drops in a glass of water (drink it at regular intervals).
If water is not available these essential drops can be taken undiluted, either in the mouth, on the skin behind the ears or on the inside of the wrist.
To prepare a treatment bottle: Fill the bottle with fresh spring water and add 2 drops of each remedy. You can combine up to 6 or 7 remedies in one treatment bottle. As a preservative (optional), you can use brandy, cider vinegar or vegetable glycerin, 1 tbsp. in the treatment bottle
