COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: In a medium sized saucepan, bring 2 cups of water or stock to a boil. Add ½ cup of whole grain teff, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes about 1 ½ cups.
